Chemical Resistant Grout
KEMROK GROUT™ is an ultra high strength, non-shrink, sulfate resistant, flow-able grout engineered to achieve exceptional load bearing capabilities. KEMROK GROUT™ is a non-Portland cement, single component powder that is water activated. It provides up to 45 minutes of working / handling time and will reach compressive strengths of more than 1,700 psi in 24 hours and more than 3,000 psi in 28 days. KEMROK GROUT™ is a large volume grout that has been designed for use with a standard grout / mortar mixer and is suitable for critical grouting applications in the most demanding of industrial and applications including areas exposed to sulfuric acids.
Recommended Uses: Strengthening and stabilizing the foundation of existing structures, increased bearing capacity of new foundation construction, grouting of machine bedplates, areas exposed to sulfate attack, recesses, gaps, cavities and general purpose grouting including structural steel and precast concrete & support for tanks and vessels.
