CERATECH, Inc. Introduces Mainline™
Industry’s Most “Environmentally-Friendly”, Green Sustainable Rapid Setting Construction & Repair Concrete
Baltimore, MD., May 24, 2007 … CERATECH, Inc., a next generation construction materials technology company, today introduced Mainline™ a first-of-its-kind, high performance, rapid setting, new construction and repair concrete. Mainline™, is the most environmentally-friendly, highly green-sustainable, non-Portland, non-epoxy construction material ever available on the market.
Mainline™, which comes in pre-extended, 66 pound bags and is mixed and placed like traditional cement, was developed by CERATECH by re-cycling non-hazardous waste stream materials into a cementitious mineral structure. This new material technology allows CERATECH to offer a turn-key, cost effective, rapid setting green sustainable concrete that’s comprised of over 90% waste stream material. Mainline™ is specifically designed for horizontal applications providing for low cost repair of building restoration projects, balcony projects, loading dock ramps, parking garages, form and pour projects and any other application where cost efficient return to service is important.
Mainline™, as well as CERATECH’s highly acclaimed PaveMend™ line, continues to redefine industry standards as they have been engineered to address many of the issues posed by traditional construction materials, including a wide applicable temperature range of 30 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit, expedient return to service time, ample working and finishing time, shrinkage, resistance to freeze thaw cycles and long term durability. In fact, Mainline offers up to 60 minutes of working time and will reach compressive strengths over 2,000 psi within 4 hours from addition of water. Additionally, Mainline provides exceptional 7 day bond strengths of over 3200 psi, flexural strengths over 1000 psi., and low elasticity characteristics that allow for long term durability and compatibility with host concrete.
“MainLine, as well as PaveMend, are products that not only outperform competitive concrete materials, but they are green sustainable, which is extremely rare and very much in-demand,” said Jon Hyman, Chief Executive Officer, CeraTech, Inc. “Return to service, especially in wide-ranging weather conditions, is vitally important on many construction repair and rehabilitation projects, and CERATECH’s technology has redefined today’s industry standards.”
Packaged in a 66 lb. plastic bag, Mainline™ is a single component powder that is simply water activated. Click here for more information on Mainline.
